If you want to replace/exchange anything, kindly send the purchased item back within 7 days of receiving it. Keeping below in mind:
- All Branded and Box Pack product will only be replace or refunded if the product is damaged, defected or faulty & to be updated within 24hrs of parcel delivery for fair claim.
- For any claim share the invoice receipt along with unboxing video and product image in 24hrs on WhatsApp Number: +92 331 2888678.
- This refund/replacement policy does not apply if the box of the product is opened 0r if the product is used for once even.
- Change of mind is not applicable to Refund or Replacement Policy.
- All items need to be unworn, in original packing with tags attached.
- Inform us about the product you want to exchange with, you can have any product of equal or higher price
- Incase of Replacement, Please ensure that Courier Charges of return and delivery will be bear by the customer
- Replacement will be done within 7 days after you have receive it, failing to deliver it back within 7 days can cancel your chances of a Fair Exchange
- In Case of Our mistake we do offer 100 % REFUND
